9c99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and 9c99 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing any part of the 9c99 platform, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 9c99 platform. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. 9c99 recommends that players review these Terms periodically.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access all features of the 9c99 platform, you must register a personal account using a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Registration is free of charge. 9c99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without stating a reason.

Your Responsibilities

• ▸You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any other account credentials. You must not share these details with any other person.
• ▸You must notify 9c99 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party or that your credentials have been compromised.
• ▸Any activity carried out through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised that specific action.
• ▸9c99 reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at any time if fraudulent activity is suspected, if the account holder fails identity verification, or if these Terms are violated.

Identity Verification (KYC)

9c99 may require players to submit identity verification documents (KYC) before processing a withdrawal or at any point during the operation of the account. Documents may include a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the verification is satisfactorily completed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

9c99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific bonus terms state otherwise:

• ▸Bonuses are credited to your 9c99 account balance only after the qualifying deposit or action has been verified by the platform.
• ▸All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The rollover multiplier, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds (for sports bonuses) are stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• ▸Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• ▸9c99 reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including after a bonus has been credited to an account, if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a technical error.
• ▸Players who have not made a real-money deposit are not eligible for withdrawal of any bonus winnings unless the specific promotion is explicitly designated as a no-deposit bonus.

7. Responsible Gaming

9c99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Online casino and sports betting are forms of adult entertainment. They are not a source of income and should never be used to address financial difficulties. 9c99 provides the following tools and resources to help players stay in control:

• ▸Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on their 9c99 account to manage their spending. Once set, a deposit limit can be lowered immediately but can only be raised after a 48-hour cooling-off period.

9. Limitation of Liability

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the 9c99 platform, you agree to first contact 9c99 customer support to seek an informal resolution. 9c99 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 10 business days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
